We have had lots of fun cousin time lately and we have loved every minute of it! We went to penny's singing recital and she did amazing. She is so fun and the kids love going to see her work it. :)
We were invited on a last minute fishing trip with our besties for the weekend. Chad and Emylee invited us to go up to otter creek fishing with them and some of emylees family. We got to the site and had a yummy breakfast and then the guys headed down to start fishing. We met them down there later. I don't think the guys were super appreciative of us chatty girls with the kids lol. We had such a good time though as we cheered on our men while they caught fish! Haha. Benjamin hung out with Emylees cousin and he helped Benjamin with the traits of fishing while having a conversation about Benjamin's name and king Benjamin and their testimonies. So sweet that my kids can have these talks and were so welcomed by such a great family! Benjamin even caught a fish and got to reel it in. He was so dang excited, the smile on his face was priceless. Back at the camp the kids rode the razor, their bikes and scooters. It was very relaxing to be in the mountains and enjoy the fresh air. We enjoyed a crazy thunderstorm and I was just loving the sweater weather! For dinner emylees dad grandpa John made the best dinner! It was so yummy. We made smores and chatted. We left Saturday morning at 2 am to get on the road then left the campsite Sunday at 7 for our way home. The kids and babies were all excellent for such little sleep. They all played so good and had fun. Im so happy that they had as great as time as we did. It was a long weekend but we had so much fun. Thank you again for the fun weekend! We love you guys!
On our way home we stopped and saw Kylee who was just south of cedar city. I am so glad we got to see her and spend a little bit of time with her. We played on the playground and Noah was loving her pushing him on the swing. We went for a ride and saw the biggest cow I have ever seen! It was twice the size of the horses and over 6 feet tall. So big! The kids all loved seeing the animals. It was a great break in the road trip. I absolutely love my sisters and am so glad my kids do too.
