First and second graders!

It's that time again! My Benjamin is now in second grade in Ms. Simon's class. He loves school so unbelievably much! He jumped right out of the car and was ready to go!
Emma is in first grade in Mrs. Scott's class. She was a little quieter as always, but was having so much fun getting ready and getting her lunch all set for today.
I'm so glad they have each other and love each other so much. Emma is just the sweetest and Benjamin is the best big brother to be there for her!
Noah keeps asking when he is big if he can go to school too. He had to pack his lunch and backpack this morning with the kids.
I'm also pretty proud of myself for getting all of us out the door in time with nothing forgot and everyone fed! It's going to be so weird with just Noah, Navy and I all day! Here's to a great school year for all!

She is finally here!

It took our entire stay in the hospital, but we finally settled and came out with a name!
Navy Ann Bierstedt was born 8-16-16 at 2:12 pm at 10 lbs 7 oz and 20.5 inches long.
We just love her so much and are extremely glad she is here with us now.
We went in Tuesday morning for my scheduled c-section. We got delayed a little bit but everything went great. They had a new screen that was see through so I got to watch her be born and pulled out which was so incredible. I can't believe she was taking up so much room. Dr said my placenta was huge also. When I got back to my room I was amazed at the relief I already felt from the pressure and pain being gone!
She had to go to the nursery for a few hours to be watched over, but everything ended up great which is what we want!

She is so loved by her brothers and sister. They are all amazed that she is so cute and tiny (to them) :) they are just so sweet and I love how much love they have for her already. All three of them just want to hold and cuddle her. They are all super protective and are always making sure she is ok. When we left the hospital I sat in the wheelchair while Jake loaded the cart up. Navy was in her car seat on the floor and Noah started yelling, mom, dad the baby the baby. It was so precious. He wanted to make sure we remembered our baby Navy.

She has been loved on by her grandparents and some of her aunts. We had a lot going on in the hospital and recovery has been a struggle so we tried to rest as much as possible. We are so glad to be home now and ready to heal and enjoy our blessing and out eternal family. Thank you to all that helped with the kids and everything while we were there. I appreciate it so much.

She loves to be swaddled or held. As long as she is one of those things she is just as content as can be. She doesn't like being out and free but why would she when she had got so used to being so snug, taking up every inch she could.  She is a great eater. She loves to have her hands by her face and wants to suck on her fingers, so she is taking a binky like a pro. She is a great sleeper and is such a doll when awake with her big eyes just watching away. We love her so much!

Tooth fairy has been busy at our house

We have had a lot of visits from the tooth fairy at our house! This summer Benjamin and Emma have been losing teeth like crazy.
1-Emma lost her top front tooth-it came out while eating pizza :)
2-Benjamin lost his top front tooth
3-Emma's top adult tooth started coming in and pushed the one on the side out.
4-Benjamin had a crazy snaggle tooth for a couple weeks and was going totally hillbilly, then he finally lost his other top front tooth
5- Emma lost her other top front tooth today. I pulled it out and she said see it's not ready it isn't going to come out out, then I showed her the tooth in my hand.

This has all been in the last couple weeks, I sure love my toothless kids! Noah keeps saying pull my tooth out so I get money hahaha! Love them!
