Emma is 8!!

We had a terrific party for Emma's big day! She was completely spoiled with all our family and friends that came! Thank you all so so much for making this a great day for her. Emma got lots of cute crafts and spa, dress up items. After we had ice cream cake we went to the drive in and saw Incredibles 2. It was such a cute movie and we love spending time with family!

Emma is an incredible soul. Everyone loves her almost as much as we do! She has kindness that fills her heart. I love seeing how she handles situations with so much humility and virtue. She is a great helper around the house and with her siblings. Noah and Navy always want to spend time with her playing mommy. Benjamin and Emma play games for hours and are always encouraging each other. I am proud to be your mom baby girl!

Father's Day campout

 We  have had a family camping trip planned for months with Uncle Jeff. Jeff and his kids went up for over a week and we joined him for the last half of the trip. We went up to Paragonah, Utah by Cedar City. We camped by a reservoir and the entire area was beautiful. We loved looking at the stars at night and enjoying the peace of nature.

The kids loved going out on the boat fishing. They boys would go out every day and the kids and I went back to camp and played. All the guys did amazing fishing! Benjamin absolutely loved it. He was getting so good at casting and can't wait to go again. I love seeing Jake and Jeff spend time together with Kyler and Benjamin. Melts this mom's heart seeing those good dads!

Umi and Emma swam across the lake, they were so brave and didn't want to do it again. haha they stayed next to the shore after that. They did crafts all week. Noah and Navy had a blast doing whatever they wanted. I loved seeing all the kids have so much fun.

Jeff made sure we were fed extremely well. He had a whole kitchen set up and we loved it all! We had rides, walks, fires, games and much more. Thanks for the great trip and memories! I couldn't think of a better way to spend father's day then with Jake and Jeff doing amazing with their kids!

Benjamin had a teeth mishap

On memorial day Benjamin was riding his scooter and somehow it hit something and he just flew off. He scraped his knee, knuckles, hip and shoulder. His two front teeth took the brunt of the fall though. He busted off half of each of his front teeth. Seriously!!!!! We all had a little melt down. The dentist did a temporary fix the next day just to help with the sensitivity. A couple weeks have gone by and the dentist fixed them all up today. They aren't as strong as his actual teeth so we need to be careful and then will be able to make them last around 8-10 years. I love this handsome kid toothless or not, but I do like his teeth back. hahaha

New family member

Emma got an early birthday present and this little one joined the family. He is so cute and adjusting so well with Beast. He has a little spot on his ear and so we named him Chip (teacup for beauty and the beast). The kids are loving on him and Emma is being he best mommy with her responsibilities!

Summer is here!

We have had a crazy month enjoying the warm weather and now no school!!!!! I think I am more excited then the kids. I love having them home in the summer.

This month we celebrated Jake turning 30!! We all love him and are so proud of him. Jake has been working out and is looking great. 30 looks good on you babe!

Emma and I had a mommy daughter date for mothers day. She got her first manicure and pedicure and I think she is obsessed. We had the best time getting lunch and our toes done.

We celebrated the kids and being out for summer by going to Cowabunga bay. Benjamin and Emma absolutely loved the water slides. Noah swam in the lazy river over and over and thought it was so cool that he could swim so fast. Noah also had no fear in the wave pool. If I would have let him he would have gone to the very front. We safely enjoyed the beach waves though. Navy wasn't so sure about the water at first but warmed up to it. She laid in the tube with me and fell asleep in the lazy river. Charlotte and Taliah had fun with the older kids while Kylee, Jordan, Noah, Navy and I took it easy in the kiddie area. That night we had our first triple sister date! Kylee, Madi and  I all went out together on a date and had such a fun night! Can't wait for more of those!

Summer has also brought us national donut day! We all went to Krispy Kreme and got free donuts. The kids love going there and watching them make the donuts too. After we went to a splash pad. That was Navy's favorite she ran and ran, loving the water. We have had great times with cousins so far and can't wait for all the new memories to make.
