Happy Easter

We had a great week in Idaho, but we were sure glad to be home for Easter with Jake. The kids got matching outfits and it is my absolute favorite matching them. They just look so dang cute! Navy can't keep talking about getting her candy and suckers. We had a great dinner at my mom and dad's. I love that they know all of our favorites and got the best turkey ever to go along with all the other yummy food! The kids did an egg hunt in the back yard and I love watching their excitement. Benjamin had some aunts that worked pretty dang hard to make sure his eggs were very well hidden. My parents always work so hard to make a place for everyone and work so hard for us. We appreciate them so much and love them forever! I am so grateful that because of Jesus Christ our savior we get to be with them forever. I am so grateful that my kids are learning about the gospel and the love that their Savior has for them. Watching their kindness and love for others astounds me. They are the best kids!!!!!! I love my family and am so grateful for them.

IDAHO

Spring break time came which meant Idaho trip! I think the kids asked everyday for two weeks if it was time to leave to Idaho. We enjoyed yummy dinners and treats and ate at all of our favorite restaurants. Benjamin made our favorite cookies with grandma Jardine. Emma and Benjamin both helped her cook dinners. Grandma Schraft made the best cheesecake and taught us older girls how to make my favorite chicken and dumplings dinner! At grandma schraft's the kids all played with the wheelbarrow and wagons. Grandpa pushed them all around the yard having so much fun. We also got to see Uncle Rob when we were there and he took the boys on a ride in his semi. Which is basically the coolest thing to do ever! We are always so spoiled when we go up there. Navy just loves both her great grandmas and it melts my heart. Kylee built an awesome fort in the back yard that all the kids loved. We helped grandma clean out her garage, attic and basement. We all went and saw the new Dumbo movie. Two of my best friends from high school had their babies while I was there and I loved loving on those sweet little girls and catching up with my girls! We ended our trip going down to the falls. It always amazes me the beauty down there. I love Twin Falls so much and am grateful for our calm week with family, we just missed Jake and Vernon.

Cotton candy, french fries, rides, and fun!

We went to the Clark county fair and had so much fun. The kids got ride passes and its so fun seeing them run around the fair with their aunts making memories like we did as kids. They love all the crazy rides just like mom and dad do. Navy and Noah loved looking at all the animals and playing games. We ate lots of yummy food and had a blast. The weather ended up being great too. We all left super tired and full.
