Navy's turn

Jake took Emma to six dances and Navy was ecstatic it was finally her turn. I think she got dressed in about 2 minutes from getting home from school. We painted her nails, curled her hair, got some jewelry, and her high heels. When it was time to leave she had take drive around and come pick her up. They went to Red Robin but after waiting 30 minutes left for the dance. Jake said it was one of the only times he has seen her nervous. She knew all the adults and they know her. After all she wanted was a burger. We got the cutest video of her taking a bite and saying. "Oh yeah!" we are all so excited to see the coming dances. So grateful for our school doing these daddy-daughter dances.

Temple night

Emma is old enough to go to the temple. She has been so excited and the night finally came. It was beautiful and we got to spend it with Chad, Emylee and Penny for her first time too. The girls just glowed they were so excited. It’s always such a peaceful place and it gets even better as more family comes. After we went to dinner then ice cream and had a blast laughing with just our girls. .

January

Such a quiet month after the last few. Just what we all needed though. We were lucky and got to have my cousin and her kids with us for most of the month. It was the beat watching our kids play and laugh! Navy had her 100th day of school and loved dressing up.

Kylee convinced us to go on a walk. It was actually a hike. Yeah. Haha. So funny. We all brought the dogs and we’re probably a bit of a mess for anyone that passed us. Fun memories though!

B

enjamin got ordained as a Teacher and had my dad and chad there for him. The blessing made bor a beautiful Sunday.

16 candles

My baby sister turned 16! Charlotte is so kind and a great aunt. We are lucky to have her. We had an absolute blast dancing the night away. I’m proud of you sis and proud to be yours!.
