Corn maze and trunk or treats!

We had a last minute invite to the moapa corn maze. We went last year and had a blast so of course wanted to head back out there. Emylee came and got us and we took penny and Emma and cash and Noah. We had a super late night, but a great time. While there we chose the hard corn maze which was a mistake. The map made no sense and we totally got lost and confused. With multiple short cuts we made our way out but never finished the maze and would have been in there for so much longer than the hour we already were in there. We ended the night with yummy fried apples, fried bacon and funnel cakes.

Next up was our ward trunk or treat. Dinner was street tacos and they were so yummy! We got in line early and loved the dinner, luckily too because that taco line got long fast! The kids had a blast going around with all our favorites. It was combined with Madi’s and Quentin and Alyssa’s ward and so we got to trunk or treat with cousins and friends. Emma even took Peyton around to all the trunks. The boys were off with their friends so I hardly got any pics of them. Benjamin takes off and is friends from the moment we pull up till we leave. We love our ward family and all the friends we all have there.

Emma and Noah got invited to penny and cash’s trunk or treat the next night and then they went to another one the night after so they really made out with candy!

Halloween

This year we were characters from stranger things, one of our shows we love to watch together.

Then by Halloween we switched it up to- Benjamin was a volleyball player. Navy a zombies cheerleader and Noah Henry danger. I got to volunteer in Noah’s class which meant I could watch the kids parade. Love seeing these kids at school!

At night it was time for trick or treating. The kids scored and we had a blast! Navy got scared in a haunted driveway. The kids got at least half of their candies as full size!

Eagles Fall Festival

One of our favorite Halloween activities is the schools trunk or treat. We have so much fun seeing the kids with all their friends and supporting their teachers. Our cheer booth did a pie the teacher and was a huge hit again! The kids ran around all night.

Cheer season 1 is done

We had our last games for flag football cheer! We enjoyed our season so much. The girls grew so much and I’m so proud of their work. It was a lot at times, but amazing being able to coach navy and Emma’s teams.

Our last week of cheer we got to attend the UNLV cheer camp. The girls had a blast learning from the cute college cheerleaders! At the end one of them came and asked if they could take a pic with Navy and then I walked over and a group of them were taking turns getting pics with them. She is so cute and funny so of course they wanted pics hahaha. One dance had a pose in it and Navy had a different pose every time they ran through the dance. Navy definitely knows how to entertain people.

We had a great party with my elementary cheer team at the park. I can’t wait to see where these girls go! I got them each a rose, hot cocoa stick, a teal leopard scrunchie and their certificate. The girls are adorable and I love seeing their smiles. A great cheer season with my teal team!

Noah’s party day

For Noah’s party we got tickets to a community trunk or treat, they sold 500 and sold out in 45 min. It was popping and we were lucky to get in.

People went all out for these trunks. We had fake snow and science experiments. Our favorite was home alone. They handed out cheese pizza and Pepsi! For dinner we had corndogs and they had yummy cookies and sodas too. The kids did a pumpkin painting contest and I even painted one. We were all stranger things character’s and had so much fun the whole night.

After we went to grandma and grandpas. Noah asked for angel food cake and home made whip cream, so yummy. Grandma and grandpa are the best and heated the hot tub and pool for the kids. We had a great day celebrating one of my favorite kids! Happy birthday Noah!

Birthday fun!

We started Noah’s birthday celebration strong! Noah’s bff cousin hasn’t been able to make Noah’s birthday in years and this year we decided to start partying at the drive in the week before and Cash was able to come! Made sweet Noah’s whole week! We saw Lyle Lyle crocodile.

Noah was so spoiled with love from lots of family! Our favorite cousins even came to Vegas just for his birthday! Casdon and savvy are the best and we all just love them! Noah got crocs and science kits and spoiled with gift cards! Aunt kylee took him on a date with Jordan and they went to the unlv volleyball game and had a blast!

The last day of school I got to go in and bring treats and give the birthday boy the biggest squeeze! He is just the best!
Thanks to Uncle Brent and Aunt Diane Noah got his own planters! His birthday morning he woke up to giant bags of soil and seeds. He loves watching them and they have started sprouting too. This kid is so creative and nurturing. He always has been and we love him like crazy!

One of his birthday gifts was a perm! Hahaha he was so dang excited and looks even more handsome than normal. Of course we had to call over Jordan and get his hair done too! They are the cutest curly hair boys now and march Benjamin with his natural locks.

Noah also got a sewing machine from grandma Cindy! He is so excited and has been asking for years for his own. He can’t wait to start sewing and already has a list of projects.

Fall has begun

We started off October with general conference at my parents. Love spending time with them and watching the kids play so well. We had lots of yummy food and fun activities for the day. I am so grateful for our prophet and the direction and guidance we are given! Yay for another Las Vegas temple too, it will be right around the corner from us.

Somehow conference ended and costumes came out. The boys all gave us a great laugh and we will be holding these pictures and videos close for future years 😂

Jake and I had a date night with our favorites! We had a yummy dinner at seventh and Carson. The cutest little restaurant by Fremont street. We then ended at our first escape room. Who stole the Mona Lisa?! We made it out with 24 minutes to spare. Jake also crawled on the floor under laser beams to get through a room. We saw quite a few Impressive skills in our group! Love them all! Also flare jeans are back and we are living for it.

We left early for school and hit up the pumpkin patch! We didn’t have a long time, but we got pumpkins, donuts, and apple cider so I would say it was a great start to our day!

September fun

School picture time! Love these smiles!

We had a Bulloch dinner and the kids were spoiled by Uncle Brent with glasses lol. They had so much fun. The kids did their school apex run. So proud of how much they run for this and the lessons they got taught leading up to it. Emma at a fun friend party skating and dinner.

I got to help in Noah’s class and caught his puppet show to the younger classes teaching them about the healthy habits. We had a ward picnic party, we loved the beautiful weather and fun times. My team even won when we played kanjam! Thrown in the mix is fun cousin times playing on the tramp and pickle ball.

Navy and I had a date. She asked for dippin dots and McDonald’s. We had a great time chatting and taking selfies. I always love seeing their personalities with our one on ones.

Puppies are getting big. They have opened their eyes and are walking around. The sweetest little things.

Sweet navy taking photos on my iPad and not knowing the cloud puts them on my phone to see….

Hocus pocus 2

The new movie came out so we knew we had to party! We had so much fun at the park first and then over to the house with lots of treats, goodies and spooky punch! I loved our matching sweatshirts and the we all loved the movie!

Cheer time

This year we are a cheer house! I’m the assistant coach for Emma’s middle school varsity team. I also started the elementary cheer program and have been getting that up and running while coaching Navy’s team.

We are having a blast and the girls are doing so well!
