Fair time!

One of our favorite times of the year! We headed out to the Clark County Fair! This year we are so busy so we pulled a ditch day and went out all day Friday. Benjamin’s friend Grant came with us and all the kids met friends out at the fair. They just kept having energy spurts as new friends would show up. Love all the smiles. We got their at opening at 10 am and left at 10 pm when it closed!

The kids all had carnival passes and went on rides non stop. Auntie Em and her brother Ryan were the sweetest with Navy and Piper going on the bigger rides they needed an adult with. I can do rollercoasters all day, but the spinning rides are not for me lol.

We also got the best sunset pictures as the kids went on the swings. The kids drank so much lemonade! We ate lots of yummy food and snacks. The kids actually passed on a couple treats so they wouldn’t get sick when they went back on the rides hahaha. Jake’s dad met us out there for lunch and we loved seeing him!

Some of our family from Cedar made the trip down and we loved seeing their faces! The kids loved having even more cousins to ride and do all the things with!

We have lots of pictures of Navy on rides and her faces just cracked us up. She is so fun! Her and Piper were twins all day with matching face paint and on their arms. The pictures of them holding hands down the slide are so sweet. I caught the big girls in action for just a minute on one of the slides too!

Navy went on the Wacky Shack countless times all day long. She just switched partners when the previous one would get tired of going repeatedly. The girls loved the pink poodle dog show.

The boys rocked the puzzles in the sellers tent. They have a whole station of different ones. Benjamin, Noah, Grant and Jake figured out all of them! Here are some action shots of the big kids on a ride. They tried so hard to have straight faces! We loved the animals baby pigs and llamas were the hit for sure! The next morning we woke up and Navy and Piper were so excited to be famous and made it on the fairs Facebook page!

April Games

Emma had a great game! Last week she had a goal that they said she was out of bounds right before she scored. Then after the game the ref apologized saying he used the wrong line….. This week Emma took a ball in the face and was tripped a few times. Well apparently she decided to just take a girl out- like plowed right into her. Possibly could have been a yellow card, but oh well. We love watching her play and do so well her first year back! Her friend Emma V lives right by the field so we love having games there and Emma comes over to cheer on the girls and hang with Navy and Noah!

Noah scored his first goal of the season! He was so excited he turned around and was pointing to himself yelling, “that was me!!! That was me!!!” Just that made my mama heart. He was absolutely stoked! Our team is now 5 and 0 with wins! It was a great day of games!

Pictures

My bestie is amazing and I love all of the photos she does. Here are our spring break photos!

Easter

Happy Easter! We had a great day. My family came to church with us and the kids sang a beautiful song. I love hearing beautiful music, I think it’s a great way to feel the spirit. He is Risen! I am so grateful for our Savior and the atonement. What a beautiful gift we have been given.

I’m so grateful to have spent the day with my family. We got to spend time with Taliah. The kids loved dancing and being goofy for Sister Schraft. We all read scriptures together. Again I am so grateful for my family and our savior, for our loving Heavenly Father who loves each of us. Happy Easter!

April sunshine

Our ward put on a movie night for an Easter party. We love our ward family and they did a great job! Easter bunny came to visit and the kids had so much popcorn and shaved ice.

Love having warmer weather. The kids had a blast with cousins swimming and coloring eggs before Easter.

Then we had our first drive in night! We saw Mario and it was so cute. A great night with so many fun people and such a fun kids movie.

Vegas vacay!

A perk of being in Vegas is that friends come here for their vacations and we get to see them!

We started off having my friend Brittany and her family come! We just saw them in Idaho so the kids were stoked to be able to see them again so soon. We met them down at their hotel for swimming. Love them so much!

It was a busy Saturday. We started off celebrating Abigail’s birthday! The kids all loved the jump place.
Noah’s game was first and he won! Yay team!! Auntie Em, Cash and Piper came! Noah was ecstatic seeing them, he wrote Emylee a note at school telling her all about his game.
Next up was Emma’s game the kids played and had popsicles. Emma worked so hard playing the whole game and got hurt. She was pretty sore for a week but is good now. Loved having so many people supporting the kids!
Last stop for the day was Benjamin’s tournament. He played the best he ever has! Had lots of serves and I think 6 points in tips in the last set of the night. So much fun to watch him play.

We ended their visit with swimming and fun. Kelsey, Madi and I went to the semi final game. We went into overtime and then barely lost. Such a great game and fun night with my girls. Including getting slammed by the elevator door and my nachos flying in the air all over the elevator….
The kids absolutely loved having Kelsey and the kids stay with us. navy kept saying it’s not fair that there is school when cousins are in town. We can’t wait got them to come stay again!

Spring break

We had the best time in Idaho! Our last trip was scheduled out to the minute basically. This trip was so nice being able to hang out and play games, making amazing memories.

We started off the week playing in the snow at our stops on the way. We all loved it and had so much fun. The kids got so wet! Navy kept sticking her head straight in the snow. Grandpa and grandma even got in on the snowball fights. Noah was excited he made a mini snow man too.

We got to grandma and grandpas and grandma made cookies for us. We all kept stealing the dough so grandpa had us pose for a photo. Navy had a blast playing with all of my moms old Barbie’s all week. We saw lots of deer and the cutest baby fawns too. Also I pierced my friends ears. I’m basically a pro now.

Navy got spoiled and gifted a dress while we were shopping for prom dresses. We all laughed that she came out with a dress not Charlotte. We had a sleep over at grandma Schraft’s and the kids colored and we played lots of rounds of BS. I think it’s Noah’s favorite game now. Grandma even made us yummy homemade syrup!

St Patrick’s day was fun and we got to celebrate Kelsey! Her and her family came into town. We played and watched a movie in the theater too. I love seeing my cousins!
We did shopping, got volcano drinks, played with my friend and her kids from high school and had the best week! Can’t wait to go back.

March busy times!

Noah had a great party for basketball. His coach is the best and said something great about each of the kids. He was so proud of Noah and his skill increase in defense. We loved watching him and Navy being able to cheer for him. Go Eagles!

Fun photos from all of our sports games. We have some pretty busy Saturdays filled with games and tournaments for each kid! Love having family come support and watch. Makes the kids so happy to see those faces.
Our end of the year cheer party. So sad to see these girls go, but so proud of all of their hard work. Emma at her choir concert. Navy at her cheer party! So fun seeing these girls all year :)
Spirit days at school. Twin day was the best! Navy and Piper matched head to toe and Noah matched with Eden for the golden knights and Cash!
Friend pics for Emma on her field trip to valley of fire.

Cheer Comp

We got fourth place out of 11! The girls killed it. We hit every stunt and had so much fun. I’m so proud I got to know these sweet girls this season and how far they came!
