Warm up fun

Getting ready for our favorite missionary to come home! We had a full house with my cousins and the kids had a blast all week. I love that they get to know them. My kids LOVE when they stay with us! We made caramel apples and had a couple burns, but oh were they delicious. Navy and Oakley painted nails and played non stop. Volleyball for Benjamin love his huge smile! Emma got scared by grandpa during a sleepover and we got some great pictures of all the scares. Kelsey and I got to sneak away and hang out watching volleyball and at my parents.  We got ice cream and watched Harry Potter movies each night with Casdon and Savvy. Savvy did navy’s makeup for the airport which made her day. We did lots of decorating and prep for Taliah!

Football cheer pics

We finished our season and the girls did fantastic! Love watching them and spending extra time with my kids coaching.

Nevada Project

Noah earned his Nevada citizenship award! He will get his medal at the end of the year. This was his project leading up to him memorizing everything. He wanted to do anything that he could sew for.

He made a quilt in the shape of Nevada with the different patches the Nevada counties. Then on the patches he had the state symbols. He was so excited he got to sew. My machines all were not working so he got a frustrated mom which of course he shared with his class during his presentation. Luckily he had an amazing great great aunt and we used her machine. My grandma was in town to she she got to help teach Noah. Then when we added some things my mom helped him. He loves that for his project his mom, aunt Joyce, great grandma and grandma all got to help him. He did really well. I volunteered that day at school so was able to watch him give his presentation and walk around to see all of his friends projects with him too. Then his teacher put on a big bbq cook out. I loved our day watching Noah shine!

Ed Sheeran

Yay! It was finally time for our concert. We bought tickets back in February or March for September. Then minutes before it was supposed to start it got cancelled for safety reasons. We were so bummed so went to a movie date instead. Then the day came and we were ready! Loved singing along with my bestie and having our night together. Lauren and I walked that stadium around and around lol. Ed is so talented, he sings all his songs on loop pedals. What?! He ran in circles creating all the sounds for each song. That is talent! He is so kind and genuine too. He kept apologizing for rescheduling and then he brought on the main singer from the killers to sing Mr. Brightside and a couple songs. It was a great performance with a really fun stage. Thank you Lauren and can’t wait for our next night!

Double Digits!

My handsome man turned 10! He decided on a paint and soda party. We did a step by step of Jack Skellington painting. I love seeing all the kids being creative, art is Noah’s favorite so he loved it! We played Bocce ball, croquet, and on the park toys. The kids had so much fun and I love seeing Noah smile. He made out with fun art supplies and activities to do.
Cousin Kyler and Maddie were out of town so when they got back they came over and brought Noah this awesome Harry Potter beanie and of course they thought of cute Navy with a little Hedwig. Thank you!

Noah got new shoes, gift cards, games, clothes and more. His shoes are about a half size too small for me but I got them on! He can’t wait to be taller than me like Benjamin is. He got a telescope from grandma deedee that he can’t wait to use. On his birthday he wanted his presents to last all day so he opened one every couple hours finishing off at bedtime. The other kids were telling him just open them!! Nope, he wanted to savour the day and he did. Grandma Cindy and Grandpa Richard got him a cooling blanket. He puts his blankets in the freezer so we thought hey let’s just get this cool blanket. Now he likes that blanket in the freezer to get even colder hahaha.
Noah is the best, he loves school and his friends. It’s so much fun watching him get older and more independent. This kid is still the sweetest and most thoughtful. He has the biggest heart. He definitely has his opinions though and we joke he will be a lawyer one day. He loves red and blue, skittles and snickers, Takis and Dr Pepper. His favorite thing to do is go to the store and spend his own money on different snacks or treats. He is reading more this year and I love it. We just watched all the Harry Potter movies and he is a fan just like his mama.
Love you love you love you Noah! Happy 10th birthday!

Fall festival

Out school knows how to party! Busiest  night of the year and so much fun. We love seeing all their friends and teachers dressed up. Navy was Wednesday Addams and loves putting her Wednesday attitude on and off haha. I was Pugsley, Wednesdays younger brother, Navy made sure people knew that part lol. Noah was Tyler aka The Hyde. He was so excited to do all the crazy makeup for his costume. It turned out great! Emma was Lola Bunny and her friend was Bugs.

Noah had the best time running free with his friend group. He even had a shout out dedicated song to him from some of his cute girls. We barely saw him all night. Same with Emma she worked the night away and in between hung with friends. So Jake and I were Navy’s little helpers following her around to whatever she felt like at the moment. Love these babies and missed Benjamin there while he was at his tournament.

October

October flew by! We had lots of cheer games in the cold and the heat. We love everyone that comes to watch. Kids had school picture day and we’re looking cute as ever. We sure love these kids and the people they are turning to be.
We got to watch my nephew Jordan on the field. He is for sure an all star and did awesome at tackle football too. Benjamin passed Jake up this month, officially the tallest in the family now. We had our first dinner in a pumpkin night with my family, one of our favorites.

BRACES OFF! Look at that handsome smile! Love seeing his face. Thank you Dr. Ence for being so amazing!

Navy and I got to go to the smith center to watch her first
Musical. It was giraffes can’t dance. She loved every minute. We did selfies on the bus and she loved the fancy building. She danced right along with the show. She is the best and we had a great day!

We celebrated my nephew Kyler’s birthday. We love him and had a fun night! Happy birthday! The kids did the apex fun run and came home sweaty and exhausted, but had a great time. Benjamin is loving volleyball still, it’s almost everyday and he is killing it. Play dates and fun times with friends.
