Easter

I love Easter. The spirit is always so strong at church and we have such inspiring talks in all the hours. I am blessed that my kids get to grow up with the gospel and be taught about Christ and our Heavenly Father. I am so grateful that our family will be together forever. It is such a peaceful feeling knowing that and knowing we our part of such a wonderful plan. Raising these kids is such an amazing experience and making sure that they know who they are and how special they are.

Easter morning the bunny left the kids surprises in the living room because he couldn't find a spot by their beds. Uh oh, they might want to clean a little more ;) lol Well Benjamin wanted to check outside and he went right past everything. Little Emma was all over it though. She stopped when she saw it because she was so excited I don't think she knew what to do. I wasn't for the ton of candy this year so they each got learning books, tooth brushes, play dough and outdoor toys. Emma got her own pink razor scooter and little play puppy. She wants a puppy so bad and we told her not yet. So this dog she loves because she walks and barks and loves on her. She has such a big heart for animals. Benjamin got a razor 360 bike. It is awesome... its like a tricycle, but the back tires spin around drifting. Such a fun toy! We got it at the store last week and he saw it. I told Benjamin I did the Easter bunny a favor and that he could have it now and ride it, but would get nothing next week when Emma got her surprise. Or he could wait and open it next week with the other kids on Easter. He chose to wait and didn't bug my once during the week and was so excited to see it there Sunday morning! He is so athletic and loves all his bikes and scooter and sports!

After church we headed over to Grandma Deedee's and Grandpa Fadi's house. Grandma Deedee cooked such a good meal and we all chatted and caught up. We had a great time. The kids built a jelly bean bunny with Grandma. After dinner we all went outside to find eggs! Each kid had their own basket that Auntie Kay got and put their names on. So cute! We decided that each kid would have their own color of eggs to find. That way there was no fighting or competing with one another. Everyone helped each other find their eggs! It was awesome hearing the kids say Oh Emma here is a purple one! or there's a yellow one over here! What a great idea for these little ones! Kyler was such a good sport being the oldest cousin helping and making it fun for the girls.

We took pictures out in the park in front of their house. I love getting family pictures and pictures of my kids to look back on! All pictures are so fun candid and posed. I want to remember all these moments forever and always be able to look back on our fun times while continuing to make new ones! Thanks everyone for the great Easter!
