Bucket 19
We made our trip up to the land of the Yankee Fork. It is hands down the prettiest place in our world. The mountains are our peaceful place where we have so many memories. Thank you Papa Buzz for living your life and bringing us back together at a place where you gave us countless memories throughout your childhood all the way to ours and your great grandkids.
We had a beautiful memorial service at the Yankee Fork Gold Dredge. My dad said a heart touching dedicatory prayer for my grandpa's final resting place. We shared a moment that was crushing to us for the times and the person that we miss, but gave us the peace that he is at this wonderful place that meant so much to him and to us.
We went on our dredge tour and told memories of grandpa. We spent time in Custer and gold panned. We had amazing dinners by the fire. The kids built a fort. We spent a night at redfish lake where we rented a paddle boat and played on the beach. The smiles on the kids faces were priceless. We had a few people catch a flu or a cold or both wilhich makes it hard when camping. The first night there we had a visitor in the camp that led to so many gunshots. The next morning we found out they caught a BEAR! We saw it and it was so intense. The rest of the trip we were all on edge at night with bears that kept coming to close for comfort. I am certainly glad that the trip happened and everything went perfect in our sunset night forever remembering Bucket 19.
Way to go, Idaho!
11 months old
Wow Navy learned a lot in a short amount of time. This month she had her first camping experiences. She has added mama, hi, no-no, ba-ba (bottle) to her vocabulary of dada and yah. It is so cute when she talks to us, I just love it! She is also signing eat, and all done by herself. We have a lot more signs we are doing and I'm sure she will pick up on them in no time. She has another tooth which makes her at 8. Navy blows the cutest kisses and waves by rolling her wrist and scrunching her little fingers. Her hair is now long enough I can get two little pigtails in it and its amazing. We love you baby!
America swimming!
Pool time, sunshine, BBQ, fire works, sparklers, and good times! We spent two days swimming and enjoying family. We had so much fun at Jeff and Vicki's swimming and eating. Jeff made amazing ribs and brisket. We got to chat with some family we don't get to see very often and the kids loved playing with their cousins. Before that Jake went to the car wash and got his whole hood and side bashed in because the wash broke. That was a huge mess and Shaun came and towed us out!
At mom and dads we made bracelets and swam. We ate dinner together and played by the pool. The last few years it is so fun we all go night swimming and watch all the fireworks in the valley from the pool. It's so peaceful and beautiful. We are so blessed to live here and have our freedom! Happy Fourth of July!

Jake and Noah
We found an old picture of Jake up at the cabin and Noah looks just like him! It is so cute to see pictures of the two of them. the similarity is crazy!!! Love it!
Fourth of July Camping
We had the best, short weekend up in the mountains above Cedar City. We went with Jeff, Umi, Deedee and some of Jake's extended family was there. We had a great time spending time with everyone. The kids learned how to drive the rhino, and four wheelers. Benjamin learned how to ride a dirt bike. Benjamin and Emma had so much fun driving and going on rides. Up at the cabin they have a runway that the kids just went back and forth on. Benjamin and Umi shot bb guns all weekend. The kids painted rocks and pinecones. We enjoyed a fire and sitting around chatting. We love the fresh air up there. The boys got some projects done around the cabin. Thanks for the awesome trip, we can't wait till next time.
Seven for Emma
Emma turned 7! She is so excited and its so cute. She loves that she is 7 now and not 6 haha! For her birthday she wanted to tie dye shirts with some friends. We had so much fun. The girls all had a blast making their own shirts. They were all so cute. We threw some water balloons and had cupcakes. Emma has the sweetest friends and cousins! Later that day we had a party with our family and had cake and presents. Thank you to all that show their love for our sweet angel girl. The next day we went and saw the new Cars 3 movie in all of our tie dye shirts. She loves every minute of matching me and matching others. Emma is so smart and kind. It amazes me the capacity this girl has to love and forgive. She is friends with everyone and so above her age in her maturity, her thoughts and actions. I wish I had her strength and love. She is the absolute best big sister and help. She enjoys doing crafts, reading, and playing outside. We all love her to the moon and back. Happy Birthday Emma Rose!
Baller!
Benjamin just finished his first basketball league. He absolutely loves it! He would practice outside morning and night every day. He got to play with his best friend Kambree on the team. That sure made our season fun. He did so good all season and learned so much. He is doing a basketball camp with school right now and is so excited to make it to the school team this coming year. I love cheering him on!
10, 10, 10 for Navy Ann
Ten wonderful months is how long this little doll has blessed us with her amazing little self!her personality is the cutest and funniest to be around. She is always happy and wanders anywhere and everywhere. She absolutely loves food and will squawk and squawk and squawk and squawk for more until you take it away. She has 6 teeth now. Her big beautiful eyes and her gorgeous porcelain skin with her curly brown hair are always getting compliments. Navy pulls herself up on absolutely everything and walks back and forth along it all. She isn't quite ready to walk and I'm ok with that. My last baby can wait a little bit! Her crawl is the cutest little stink bug crawl. Her but just gets right up here in the air. She says yah to everything and says dada then just babbles away. This one has got a lot of sass wrapped up in that big smile. She already talks back and thinks she knows it all. If you tell her to jump she will start bouncing up and down like crazy. If you ask for kisses she will give you a big open mouth kiss or if she is away from you she will pucker her lips and make kiss noises. Too dang cute! She wants to do everything like her big brothers and sister. Navy loves us all so much and we love her.
