Benjamin's Arrow of Light

Benjamin has worked so hard in scouts the last four years. He has gone on hike, went fishing, and camping. He has served many and learned the qualities to help him. His leaders have been so great as they helped these boys get ready to turn into young men. During the ceremony last night our cub master, who is Jake's Uncle Brent, spoke about the arrow of light. As he spoke he lit a candle for wisdom, courage, self-control, justice, faith, hope and love.We had our young men leader help Benjamin across the bridge into his next step. One of our ward family members made an amazing metal sign for an award and remembrance for his hard work.  I am so excited to see how much more Benjamin learns, grows, and increases each of those life qualities. I am thankful for the people that help him along the way and the great friends he has made.
